Argh it's so annoying isn't it! I was so disappointed because it wasn't that cheap and I didn't like it at all. I just used an old mascara wand in the mascara and didn't use the one it came with. I dunno if anyone knows how to use it really :P
I suppose you just learn from your mistakes!
